In the centre of the house is the farmhouse kitchen from which you can gain access to the snug, dining room, conservatory and formal lounge. There is also a small utility room with washing machine / dryer and a downstairs cloakroom. The snug has a real fireplace comfortable sofa with TV and DVD player. The formal sitting room, shown above, has two sofa's chair and a real fireplace. The conservatory can be accessed via the kitchen and formal lounge. All rooms have free Wi Fi (wireless) broadband internet connection.

The Farm House - First Floor

The East Room double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room. In the morning the sunshine streams in through the East Facing window, the view is down the village and out across open fields.

The South Room double bedroom looks out across the garden and rear courtyard. It has a double bed and small chaise lounge on which to relax and watch TV. The private bathroom situated next to the bedroom has a separate shower and a freestanding double-ended roll top bath.

The Red Room double bedroom looks out across the garden and rear courtyard. It has a modern double bed and is decorated in a more contemporary style. The bathroom is situated along the landing and is shared with the South Room.

Arrival and Departure

The house is available as part of the Farm House self catering 30th August 2008 to 20th Sept 2008.

Guests are welcomed at Roberts Farm from 4.00pm.  However, if this is not convenient please let us know.   Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on day of departure.
