The Farm House Self Catering 2008 Prices

From Saturday 30th August 2008 to Saturday 20th September 2008 the whole Farm House is available for booking as self catering accommodation.

The Farm House has 4 double bedrooms over three floors and is suitable for 8 adults. It is available on a weekly basis Saturday - Saturday for a cost of £750 (€1,000 )per week.

If you require additional accommodation 'The Bothy' is available at a cost of £200 (€270) per week.

The ground floor has a large farmhouse kitchen, dining room, snug with TV DVD and freeview, formal lounge and magnificent conservatory. The first floor has three double bedrooms each with TV's one bedroom is en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. The second floor is 'The Oak Loft'. The Oak Loft is a luxury room that extends across the whole of the house, it is 15ft wide and measures some 42ft in length. The room is set in the eves of the house is accessed by private stairs. Exposed beams, oak flooring and an en-suite with separate shower and freestanding double-ended roll top bath serve to create a truly exceptional and magical room. A super king-sized bed, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV with built in DVD and freeview enable you to relax and enjoy the calm of being in the countryside.

Please note that the Farm House is not suitable for disabled access as it ranges over three floors.

Arrival and Departure

Guests are welcomed at Roberts Farm from 4.00pm.  However, if this is not convenient please let us know.  Guests are requested to vacate the property by 11am on day of departure.

Please note that all Self Catering bookings for the farm house require a deposit of £150 (€205) at the time of booking then full payment of the outstanding on arrival by either cheque, cash or credit card. Note: Euro prices are approximate and will be calculated at the current rate of exchange.
